- Non-Returnable Items: As our mugs are custom-made, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please ensure your order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your mug arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we are happy to offer a free reprint or a refund. To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
